Israel's Declaration of Independence Book Launch

On March 12, the Menachem Begin Heritage Center, YU's Zahava and Moshael Straus Center for Torah and Western Thought, and Yeshiva University in Israel are proud to host the Book Launch for Israel's Declaration of Independence: The History and Political Theory of the Nation's Founding Moment (Cambridge University Press, March 2023) by Dr. Neil Rogachevsky of the Straus Center and economist Dov Zigler.

The launch will feature a Keynote Address entitled A Tale of Two Declarations by Straus Center Director Rabbi Dr. Meir Soloveichik, introductory remarks by Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem Fleur Hassan-Nahoum, and an interview with the authors.

Light refreshments will be served, and books will be available for purchase.
