The pamphlet on foreign policy, of the ‘Thought of Menachem Begin’ pamphlet series published by the Menachem Begin Heritage Center, brings to the Israeli reader Menachem Begin’s worldview on the foundations of foreign policy. In his decades of contribution to the Zionist movement, as commander of the Irgun, as a member of the Knesset and as a member of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, as Minister and Prime Minister of Israel, Menachem Begin wrote and worked for the security and existence of the Jewish people in their country. From the struggle against the British through the wars of Israel until the signing of the peace agreement with the great enemy, Egypt, all in accordance with the ideas he learned from his mentor to the national-liberal point of view, Ze’ev Jabotinsky.
